Why we exist

Small business owners are being told to use AI for everything, usually while running a shop, a salon or a crew. The tools are impressive. Getting them to work reliably inside a real business is the part that gets skipped.

That's the gap Tide Rise fills. We choose the tools, set them up, check what they produce, and keep them pointed at what your business actually needs.

How we think

Tide Rise was founded in Margate, Kent, on one belief: good marketing starts with understanding the business behind it.

We bring deep knowledge of marketing and AI-powered workflows, and we like digging into the deeper levels of how marketing really works, well beneath the surface tricks. We learn how your business actually trades, who your customers are and why they choose you. Then we shape the marketing, the workflows and the automations around that, so your message lands with the people you want to reach.

Behind the scenes, people and AI agents each do what they're best at, and a person always checks the result.

We're new, and that's a good thing for you

Tide Rise is a new company, and we're building our portfolio. We won't pretend otherwise, and we think it works in your favour:

• Full attention. Every client gets it, and we take the time to understand your business properly before we touch your marketing.
• An introductory rate. A small number of businesses can start at an introductory rate, with a three-month minimum.
• Your say on results. If your results make a good case study, we'll ask. Nothing is published unless you've agreed the wording, figures and naming in writing.

How we work

• Plain English. We explain AI without the jargon, and we show you the numbers.
• Honest about what we know. We're a new agency. We say what we will do and how we'll measure it, and we don't claim results we haven't earned.
• You stay in control. You own your accounts and content. Access is by invitation, never by password.
• Local first. Margate is our home port, and we like helping businesses on our own doorstep.
